The workshop provides the student with an introduction to letterpress printing and understanding how photopolymer plate works. Before the workshop, the student will be brief on how to submit their own design to make the plate. The student will also be introduced to the printing press and will be guided to operate the press. Students will print their own design with polymer plates with the printing press.
The student will get to print a set of 15 cards of one design student-designed.
- student artwork preferred to be linework of either text or illustration
- 1 colour artwork in Black, (.eps or .ai, other formates to email)
- artwork size should fit within A6 card, design area at most 50% of the card
The student to submit artwork for confirmation if the artwork is good to make a plate.

The session can be conducted either morning 10:30 am or afternoon 1:30 pm
